Credits are valid for 6 months following date of purchase.

Five Class Pack

$105 ($21/class)

Credits are valid for 12 months following date of purchase. Credits purchased in this class pack can be applied to both Yoga and Mat Pilates classes.

Ten Class Pack

$190 ($19/class)

Credits are valid for 12 months following date of purchase. Credits purchased in this class pack can be applied to both Yoga and Mat Pilates classes.

Withdrawing from a class within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will result in loss of credit. Cancellations made prior to the 12-hour window will not be penalized. Thank you for your understanding.

My classes blend the grounding stillness of Hatha with the gentle flow of Vinyasa, creating space for movement that feels good in your own body. With over a year of teaching and many years of personal practice, I invite students to explore yoga as a form of self-connection, rather than perfection. My approach is warm and inclusive, focused on breath, body awareness, and finding ease in every pose. Through mindful movement and compassion, I help students rediscover the joy of simply being present.

As a self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, I build my yoga classes on a foundation of stability, mobility, and breath-centered magic. I love to spice things up with dynamic Vinyasa flow and plenty of Tapas, that fiery inner heat that reminds you you're alive and kicking. My classes are a come-as-you-are space for all levels, where you can explore

I grew up cartwheeling through the gym, down hallways and across soccer fields, always the happiest when I was in motion. When injuries shifted my path away from organized sports, I found myself drawn to yoga, and through yoga, I discovered Reiki. Both became essential tools in my physical, mental, and emotional healing, opening the door

My focus is on wellness, creating yoga classes that are accessible and engaging, designed to help students build strength, balance, mobility, and mindfulness.
