Club Policies

•  Indoor footwear must be worn beyond the front desk.
• A gym membership or day pass is required for gym access. Class passes are valid for studio classes only and do not include access to the gym before or after class.
• All members are required to wipe down equipment after each use to help keep the space clean for everyone.

 We ask that all members respect others’ space and workouts at all times.

• Excessive or disruptive behaviour is not appropriate. 
• If you choose to record content, please be mindful of your surroundings and respect the privacy and comfort of other members around you. 
• Pictures and videos are NOT permitted inside the locker/shower area at any time!

All Clients must check-in at the front desk before continuing to their class studio

• Reformer Classes: Grip socks are required for your safety. 
• Hot Mat Classes: Sweat towels are required for cleanliness and sanitation purposes despite all mats getting wiped down before & after classes. 
• Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your class start to allow time to get settled. Late entry will not be permitted once class has begun and the doors have closed. 
• If you need to cancel your class, we ask that you do so at least 8 hours before your scheduled class time. Cancellations made within the 8-hour window will result in the loss of a class credit.
• Class credits must be purchased prior to booking. Credits can be purchased through Mindbody, in person, or by phone, and classes may be reserved once credits are available on your profile.
