Drop In (Single Session)

$25/class

Credits are valid for 6 months following date of purchase.

Five Class Pack

$115 ($23/class)

Credits are valid for 12 months following date of purchase. Credits purchased in this class pack can be applied to both Spin and Reformer Pilates classes.

Ten Class Pack

$210 ($21/class)

Credits are valid for 12 months following date of purchase. Credits purchased in this class pack can be applied to both Spin and Reformer Pilates classes.

Withdrawing from a class within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will result in loss of credit. Cancellations made prior to the 12-hour window will not be penalized. Thank you for your understanding.

We’ll ride to the rhythm, syncing every pedal stroke to the beat to keep you locked in and fully immersed! You can expect a blend of heavy digs, quick sprin

I have been dedicated to weight and strength training for over six years and I’ve spent the past year teaching a variety of classes, including spin, HIIT, and strength, as well as offering 1:1 personal training. After living in Vancouver for the past decade, I’m super excited to be back home where my fitness journey first began, playing sports locally and building a lifelong love for movement.
