We offer a variety of fitness classes including yoga, mat and reformer Pilates, and spin. Classes are available at all skill levels and are indicated in the booking portal. Modifications can be made to any class so anyone can participate!

No, we provide all necessary equipment for our classes. 

We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes that are mindful of the movements you may be doing, and athletic shoes. Please note that outdoor footwear is not permitted in the facility.

Bags are not permitted in the gym. There are lockers available in the change rooms with QR code locks. The Club is not responsible for lost or damaged property. Please avoid bringing valuables whenever possible.

Yes, you may register for a fitness class without purchasing a membership.

Day passes are available for $49.99 + HST through the booking portal or at the front desk. Premium members have access to 2 free guest passes per month. 

We are a cashless facility. All payments must be made online through the booking portal, or at the front desk via credit, debit-credit, or gift card.

We are offering discounted rates when you sign up for a 6-month commitment. Hurry up as offers are limited! The first payment will be withdrawn at the point of sale, then every 2 weeks beginning January 29 2026. Details about this can be found in your membership agreement.
